In FreeIPA, Managed Entries are globally managed via the replicated space. When you enable Managed Entries, you enable it on ALL replicas, so currently, when a modification occurs that requires Managed Entry to update a MEP, the result is a small storm as each replica server runs the Managed Entry task and replicates the change.
There should be an option to omit replicating the Managed Entry modifications.
I should stop opening tickets late at night when I am exhausted...
This should be a non issue since Managed Entries is programed NOT to fire on replicated actions...
this ticket is closed - not a bug
