#48116 doc - need man page for nunc-stans/main page for html docs

Should be able to type in "man nunc-stans" and get a manual page describing the basics of how to use nunc-stans, and a "See Also" section about the other man pages such as "man nunc-stans.h" etc.

Similar for html docs - there is no main page - there should be a main page with the the same information as the nunc-stans man page, with links to nunc-stans.h and etc.

With html now, you have to figure out how to navigate to the Files->File List page to get nunc-stans.h - not very helpful

Would be nice to have this before we go public
