The checkCSNs() function in repltools fails if it wants to log an error since the logger is not defined.
It should be enhanced to allow to provide a set of known csns which could differ on the servers and which should be ignored. This can happen eg for the csns of "keep alive" entries, there could be an attempt to replicate them to some servers, but they will not be logged on the originating server as they are generated by internal ops
