Issue Description

There are a few pl/sh scripts remaining that need feature parity in the cli. These are:

dbverify -> dsctl dbverify !
monitor -> dsconf monitor !
verify-db.pl -> dsctl dbverify !
fixup-linkedattrs.pl -> dsconf plugin linkedattr fixup !

These should be added so that we have a complete migration path for all scripts.
