#50873 Fix issues with healthcheck tool

Issue Description

Wrong error code reported with result:

Disk check is missing "import copy":
DEBUG: cn=disk space,cn=monitor get_attr_vals('dsDisk')
DEBUG: name 'copy' is not defined

On a non-LDAPI instance "dsctl healthcheck" does not prompt for bind dn, only for password.
