I received this from the varnish rpm packager.
For the docker image, it seems that you are using varnish-5.0.0. That release is deprecated by the upstream maintainers, see https://varnish-cache.org/releases/index.html . It you really want to build older releases of varnish, I would suggest going for varnish-4.1, which is still more or less actively supported. Upstream would of course prefer more general usage of varnish-6.0. As varnish-6.0 understands VCL-4.0 as used in varnish-5.x more or less out of the box, upgrading should be quite trivial. Fedora rawhide has varnish-6.0. There are also EPEL compatible builds based on the fedora package to be found at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ingvar
