Diversity Team agreed on @amsharma for Council charter in Fedora 27 cycle; need feedback on what the next step is to finalize

Background

We discussed this in fedora-diversity#46 and in our 2017-12-08 meeting.

Details

Note that we opted for a six month cycle instead of a full year. This was done deliberately to help us remain present and active in the Council. All of us are volunteers, and there are concerns over the time commitment beyond six months. We weren't sure if this was something we could decide or if it is decided by the Council's charter, but this is the preference of the Diversity Team.

Additionally, we identified candidates for the next two cycles, but it is not relevant to this ticket (only mentioned here as a reference).

@amsharma will serve as our charter for the Fedora 27 release cycle. Please confirm what the next steps are to finalize the Diversity Team charter to the Council.

This ticket is all we need, I think. The six month period is no problem, especially since the role is understood to represent the team, which reduces worry about continuity. Let's have full consensus (at least three +1s , no -1s) by next Wednesday's council meeting.
