The CommOps team organized a proposal for a FAD from Jan. 29-31, 2018 in Brno, CZ. The total cost is $3020.00 USD. We request financial approval from the Council to proceed with our FAD plans.

Details

The four main objectives are…

1. Pursue plan of deploying a GrimoireLabs dashboard, visualizing fedmsg data
2. Launch Fedora Appreciation Day in 2018
3. Analyze Fedora Elections and develop year-long plan to improve community engagement in elections
4. Evaluate critical areas of Fedora that fedmsg integration would be helpful; create development plan for them (e.g. Fedora Magazine / Community Blog)

Note: A logic model is yet to be created and is part of our planning process, but because of timing, we wanted to get the proposal in before the Wednesday Council meeting.
