Hello council team,

Along with other members of APAC, we've came up with a proposal to organize a virtual FAD for the APAC region on 14 Jan 2018, 9AM to 6PM GMT+0800.

No budget is required as it is a virtual event that will be held via IRC on #fedora-fad

@woohuiren it is great to see APAC organizing a v-FAD. Because there is no budget request, I don't believe the council has anything to consider here. I'll let @mattdm make the final call, but I believe the only thing we have to say is, "How can we support APAC ambassadors to help you all enjoy success?"
