I was hoping to be able to sign copies of my book for people at Flock this year, but it seems very unlikely that I'll be able to attend. So what I'd like to do instead is allow people to send me the money and then I'll make a bulk order from the publisher, sign them all, and ship them with an attendee for distribution.

In order to do this, I'd like the Council's assent to make a single Discussion thread and a Fedora Planet post about this. Since this would be a self-serving commercial post, I feel like Council permission is good, if not strictly required.

Since the Mailing list guidelines don't require pre-approval and I can't find any other relevant policies, I'll consider a lack of -1s to be approval in a week.
