#465 formal trademark approval for "Fedora Slimbook"

I realize I should have filed this a while ago, but... better now than not! As you may have seen, the company Slimbook plans to ship a flagship device laptop.

This will ship with unmodified Fedora Workstation, and so does not need trademark approval under OEM pre-loads of unmodified Fedora software. However, I realized there are a few things beyond that which we should allow explicitly:

  • They're selling this as "Fedora Slimbook", similar to the existing "KDE Slimbook.
  • There's a silkscreened Fedora logo on the cover!
  • There is a key with the Fedora logo!!!

I, personally, think this is awesome. Let's grant formal approval so there's no confusion (or someone else doing similar without the care and work the Slimbook folks have put into this).
