I've created a whenisgood poll, please complete your preferred days for a council mini-hackfest. The duration of the hackfest is not set yet, but please allow min of 1 day, max 3.

This is due by end of the week - June 16th.

I've already arranged travel. I arrive on the 6th and leave on the 11th. Unless we're doing a hackfest at the event, I don't see how I can make it.

Members of the council who are in Rochester will meet on Monday 5th Aug to work on a mini-hackfest. Topics will include:

• Strategy review
• AI guidelines (discussion)
• Review of previous hackfest actions and re-engage topics that may have slowed down
• AOB/Open Floor
