#52 Security FAD 2016
Closed: Fixed Opened by sparks.

Apparently I'm doing this a bit backwards; we're having a Security FAD on March 11. Information is available at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Security_Team_FAD_2016.

Is there any possibility of getting some money to cover the cost of some food?

Thanks,
Eric

Is the list of attendees finalized at this point, or do you have a dollar amount you're looking to acquire for the food?

It's definitely a possibility, although the timing is a bit difficult as the budget is currently up in the air.

Could you add more from https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Template:FAD to your planning page?

I know that security is obviously important and the basic goals you list seem useful, but in order to make distribution of money for FADs fair, I'd like everyone to follow the same basic process, and particular as outlined in the instructions at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_organize_a_FAD, emphasize the expected impact.

There were less than a dozen people originally planning on attending and I've asked for everyone to RSVP so we'll have hard numbers. I don't expect there to be more than a dozen people.

I believe snacks are being donated by LivingSocial.

Right. I don't think we're looking at a large sum of money since we're not paying for travel or lodging.

Done.

Yep, done.

Sparks tells me jsmith picked up the tab. Thanks, Jared!
