We were hoping to receive further feedback from the Council about whether there would be enough budget to host this event or if one proposal is more feasible than another. Thank you for your consideration!
Attached is a logic model explaining the inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impacts of the FAD – it's a first draft, but I think it's still effective to convey the ideas and objectives we are hoping to accomplish. The Council generally likes this proposal and is in favor of option #1 (the DevConf one), both because it'll be easier to get people there and because that's in this year's budget.
This is a call for lazy-consensus votes. Need at least three +1s and no negatives in the next 7 days (until the next council meeting).
+1, as long as Bex doesn't jump up and say "wait, there's no money after all" in the next few days. :)
I am +1 to support the DevConf variant ( #1 ).
+1 to DevConf variant. My +1 is not valid for any dates after the end of the FY on 28 Feb 2017.
This is approved -- DevConf Variant, must be before 28 Feb 2017. Thanks everyone.
Note: At the time of approval the Dev Conf Option Budget was $2872
