This adds an option to use rpmautspec, and goes back to the normal date format for the changelog when not (in line with what we did in rust2rpm).

I have tested rpmautospec with Rust packages but not yet with Go, I don't know how it will interact with our packages based on snapshots? I'd like to do some tests before doing anything.

Pretty satisfied with my initial test, it gets the release info correctly.
