The JShelter UX review (https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/js-shield/2023-01/pdfCi7H0vUsN_.pdf) suggests to add a table of contents with jump links to the FAQ. I agree that that would be great. List the questions at the top and below answer the questions one by one.

Is that possible?

I will close the issue. But A&R, I suggest that you review the changes to pelican config and main css in the commit above.
