Summary

Block automatic pop-up windows; only ads and malicious website will use automatic pop-up windows.

If I understand the feature request right, @violets wants to actually block https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/open.

Although, we could write a wrapper, I am not sure, it is a good addition to JShelter as there is already software that prevents annoying popups.

Unless we have a working code and or plans to which JSS levels such functionality should go and the estimates on pages possibly using popups for benign functionality, I am not in favour of such functionality.

Other people behind JShelter did not show interest in the functionality. So I will close as not planned as there is already software that prevents annoying popups.
