The JShelter UX review (https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/js-shield/2023-01/pdfCi7H0vUsN_.pdf) suggests to expand the help text when a user interacts with the slider of the tweaks_gui, so they can have the value of the
explanation while in the process of deciding.
