I want to propose that in case the ticket be approved by majority of votes, please to add to Guideline for Fund Requests/ Reimbursements wiki page this rule or something like

1.- Create a wiki page with information about your event (eg: Date and venue, purpose, tentative agenda, detailed budget break down ...)

2.- Add the newly created wiki page in your user-space "'''Reports of the year'''" in the section of '''Upcoming Events''' in case to be owner of the event
