I changed the new banners and the new proposal as you request Itamar. Now, both projects FEDORA and GNOME has the same value in the event. We are going to celebrated the install party of FEDORA 23 this Saturday 27th and we are going to introduce them how to contribute with FEDORA.(We are going to do this thanks to the GNOME project). Next week we are going to evaluate their progress and see how many new contributors with FAS account did a job and posted in their blogs. So far, Martin Vuelta, one of the organizers did create an account and his Python, HTML, CSS and Front and Back End expertise is valuable to FEDORA. According to their work, they are going to be selected into the 35 people in the camp. We have 42 people registered in the 2 previous developers workshops to the CAMP. The condition is to present a little contribution to GNOME or FEDORA.

I want add detailed explanation here, no one can hold a Fedora event that needs funds without the unanimous vote by Fedora Ambassadors, it means you can not add receipts on the ticket if this was not previously approved. Hello Echevemaster and LATAM, could you please reconsider to open this ticket?
Did you evaluate that this event was done to promote the use of FEDORA 23 and we did training people to train others in other provinces in PERU?
The ticket was presented weeks before the event and the request at first was to do a wiki, which I did. Then it was about the logo, which I also redesigned with FEDORA on banners, t-shirts, globes, stickers, DVDs and posts of the attendances.
I was in the meeting online but then quorum was not enough. I expressed many times my worries about the time and therefore, I needed the answer. I also talked with my mentor and he pointed out that I would have to propose this at the beginning of the year. So, I apologized for this and then I might understood that it had been discussed in another meeting but I did not have any answer. In total, this ticket and activity that lasted more than 3 days, was exposed previously long time ago. I did not do the event by myself because I wanted to conduct myself alone. I am a FEDORA ambassador and I know that I have to respect the channels and meetings, it is my duty to promote FEDORA and I do it, at least once a year. No one in FEDORA congrats the quality and magnitude of the event, but at least I think it is fair to do the reimbursement of what was registered in the ticket. You can see the pictures of all the days that results in creation of FAS accounts of the attendances and 3 people applied for the GSoC FEDORA. All the effort we did in name of FEDORA and all the promotion we did in many blogs, posted FEDORA as sponsor of the HACK CAMP 2016 FEDORA+GNOME.

It is a bit late for a Release Party... Also, open another ticket for it and attach receipts.

Could you please do the reimbursement?

Potty why do you put invalid if I have asked for the sponsorship more than one month before the event and there was no quorum for two weeks in a row and then after the event you decided to not to do the reimbursement for a event that costs more than 1000 dollars in favor of promoting FEDORA. That makes no sense. I hope to do the reimbursement at least for the INSTALLATION PARTY of FEDORA that we did with so much effort.

Hello FEDORA LATAM, I am reopening this ticket in order to reconsider a reimbursement of part of the expenses I did to do the event for 5 days.
