Issue

The Telegram group @fedoralatam used to be a way to contact Latam's Ambassadors, because it was bridged to our IRC channel #fedora-latam. In the last few days the channel changed their rules, including:
- Changed the group name to promote brazilian nominees to the election cycle without any consulting. After a heated discussion name was changed back to the original name.
- Changed the group name to "Sombreros Fedora LATAM", again without any consulting. Change was changed back to the original name.
- Description changed to "Grupo Nuevo y Publico de Sombreros Fedora LATAM".
- Changed the logo to a picture of a white hat.

The possible reasoning found about why this change was done is the following:

Main issue here, is that people in the Telegram group @fedoralatam looks like they don't want to follow the Code of Coduct, CoC for short (it was also mentioned in other comments in the group).

If we are going to use that channel for Fedora activities, we HAVE to follow our CoC, because it's the code that try to ensure anybody gets insulted, hurt, harased, bullyng or abused by any member of the Fedora Project.

We, as Ambassadors, should know this by heart, since we are called to be the face of the Fedora Project to the world.
