Thank you @award3535, I checked my account and I didn't find anything odd in its configuration. Unless it is a new feature, I've never had blocked personal payments that I can recall.

Could you please confirm that you're using alxacostaa (notice double A at the end) or try my paypal.me? paypal.me/douglax

I've just created a ticket in Paypal asking them to review my account. Let's give them a day or two and I'll get back to you when they have a resolution

@aacosta and @award3535 we may need to use transferwise.com here. This would do a bank transfer directly to @aacosta in MXN (assuming that is your functional currency).

Paypal prohibits personal payments in some countries. The other way to do this would be to gross it up.

I suggest we consider transferwise.com here. @aacosta could you look at transferwise.com and see if your bank is supported?

I have opened a TransferWise account, same gmail address alxacostaa@gmail.com

Apparently I had no issues in registering my bank accounts.

@aacosta I have initiated a transfer to you. You should receive the 10299 MXN tomorrow (they claim tomorrow morning even). I couldn't figure out how to get you 0.13 MXN. Let me know if that is a significant amount of currency. I haven't been to Mexico in years and don't recall how the currency functions.
