In the spirit of getting this book translated, I started creating the es-VE (I add VE because is my origin country, I'm just assuming that is correct to assume that I speak Venezuelan Spanish). It's just a copy from the en-US folder, and the 01-Introduction.adoc is fully translated.

Merging the pull request. Bear in mind that the origin (English) is still a subject of change. Until we release a new version, there may be changes, so then you'll have to go through it and update your translations.
