Due to upcoming DC move, we'll have to run CI workload entirely from AWS. Almost all was migrated there already (openshift, x86_64 and aarch64 workers) but we still had on-prem opennebula cloud to hand over ppc64le duffy ci machines.
We'll have to announce that we'll stop providing ppc64le duffy ci in various pools and then decom the hardware/opennebula controller

Announced and implemented today. Closing but for the remark, I'll just add the ci thread as Kmods SIG would still like somehow to test ppc64le. While we can work on something temporary, maybe (and to be tested) using qemu for ppc64le would be enough (for binary emulation/translation) to test that built kernel would boot (if we don't have public hardware to run these tests natively on)
