IBM Power 10 machine[s] showed up in new DC, and they'll be shared between Fedora and CentOS Infra needs. We need to init these and see how to securely share these between the two projects, exploring the new eBMC setup, without any HMC, but still being able to create LPARs so that each project would be independent about then how to deploy other kvm guests

Blocked as we still have no network so no OS can be deployed for now
network is now connected, lacp/802.3ad settings in upstream ToR switches and so I was able to deploy CentOS Stream 10 on it. All installed, ready to be used as a kvm host for to-be-migrated ppc64le VMs (builders for cbs.centos.org)
For explanation : there is no way to configure LPARs on these machines without any HMC, so we were give wrong/false informations through resellers .. we'll just go with centos-stream installed and then VMs on top, as usual
