Due to some duplicate macros defined both in our buildsys-macros packages on cbs.centos.org, it was then difficult to work on some new macros like %distprefix, that should be inherited from %dist (combining it if defined, etc).

all buildsys-macros pkgs are now updated (pushed to git in various branches), built on cbs.centos.org and ready to be tagged to inherited build tags (used by SIGs)
