#12 Configure Zabbix to handle CentOS8 and CentOS8 stream architectures
eg: If a pool of centos8 ppc64 nodes goes below 5 notify admins

Script reporting to zabbix
on zabbix side we are not parsing the 8, 8stream

Acceptance criteria:
* Re-balance CentOS 8 VMs flavor count

Reconfigure "Too many processes on power nodes"
Re-balance CentOS 8 VMs flavor count

@bstinson @arrfab @siddharthvipul1 can we update description to accurately describe work, add acceptance criteria etc and size the work. This doesn't read like an epic blocking 3 other tickets, lets get this updated to something meaningful.
