We had 8 PV at fedora-ci-board namespace. Ref ticket: https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/382
During deployment, testing, and development I detached PVC from allocated PV. This is pretty normal and straightforward workflow.
However, detached PV stays blocked at apps.ocp.ci.centos.org. Such PV is not available for re-usage.
My account doesn't have rights to free detached PV. We run off of available PV.

Please make this all 8 PV available again. I need to create PVC. Maybe there is a chance to update my account that I can free detached-PV with my account?
P.S.
How do I name this process when I detach PVC from PV and this makes this PV unusable, so I can more easier reference issue this next time?
