8-stream nodes have been failing in CI for a while now. It gives following error

In Kickstarter, we are installing @core package group whereas after checking QA's ks files, it seems they are using @minimal-environment and @standard
@core
@minimal-environment and @standard
One solution would be to replace the package and use the same
@bstinson and @arrfab what do you think of this solution? we don't really depend on any of the packages in @core and expect tenants to have all the packages needed for their requirement added in their script
changing @core and adding @standard and @^minimal-environment didn't do anything, could be the URLs? (I am lost)
@standard
^minimal-environment

tried manually and the Perl issue is now fixed. 8-stream can be added back in the bool (going back to the same count as mentioned in https://wiki.centos.org/QaWiki/CI/Duffy but with x86_64 being 10 instead of 15). No demand in this 8-stream during the problem period and lack of hardware makes it more sensible @arrfab what do you think?

@siddharthvipul1 as discussed last week we can start really small, but can you then close this ticket ? (doing some triage in existing tickets)
as discussed, added 5 * 8-stream x86_64 in the pool for now and will monitor the usage every week to see if we need anymore
8-stream x86_64
