Only centos 9 stream has Mate desktop spin. Hope the centos 10 sream mate is on the way.

For CentOS Stream 10, the only desktop spins that are planned to be made are ones with functioning Wayland environments. At this time, that's only KDE Plasma and GNOME. As environments in Fedora switch from X11 to Wayland, we can look at providing them for CentOS Stream 10 too.

I am going to close this with "Defered"
If Mate makes it into EPEL 10, we will make an image for it. But until then, we cannot.
