#2 Update release rpms to force using CS8 repos

As it was discussed in [1] , because of CentOS Linux 8 EOL we need to remove logic to detect CL8 or CS8, and point always to CS8.
As the detection is done when the release RPM is installed, switching from CL8 to CS8 will not impact current installation (i.e it will not update repos).
