This is a package from the virt module in RHEL/CentOS. This would be an updated rebuild derived from the Fedora packaging.
virt
Internally we use http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8/virt/x86_64/advanced-virtualization/ - I think it is better to use those packages provided by Cloud SIG rather than updating this stuff in Hyperscale…
That's not the Cloud SIG, and those packages are not updated frequently enough. Those are tailored for the OpenStack and oVirt folks, and my case is not covered by what they're doing.
I've made some progress on building libvirt for Hyperscale without the virt module stuff, so I've filed a ticket for a macro I can use to easily "flag on" more stuff for Hyperscale that is normally disabled for CentOS.
I've now published a build and tagged it for release: https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=32902
I'll close this ticket once it's out on the mirrors.
I see the libvirt packages on mirror.centos.org, so this is done!

I've untagged the build because it's not useful due to module shadowing. Once #56 is resolved, I can tag this into there and we can release it again.
