Please enable 9pfs in the Hyperscale kernel; needed for file sharing when using it in a UTM VM

Let's see if we can get this enabled in ARK and c9s base first. Or at least get them to agree in principle for RHEL 10 if we can't get it for RHEL 9. That will make things much easier.

Agreed. what's the best way to request kernel features for ARK? JIRA first?

If we want it for the RHEL side, yes, Red Hat Jira.
