The Hyperscale SIG is starting to move its packaging sources from git.centos.org to gitlab.com/CentOS/Hyperscale/rpms, and as part of doing that, we need to establish conventions and rules for how to manage this, as GitLab doesn't have the capability to do this.
Ideally, our methodology will allow us to support working from our own branches merged with Fedora and/or CentOS ones in a single repo depending on where the source of our packages come from (as most of our packages are forked from either Fedora or CentOS).
This is done: https://sigs.centos.org/hyperscale/policies/branches/
