High level items ripe for modification to reflect reality:

• Expressly defines 9 voting members (Workstation WG removed the specific number of members from its governance doc; Server WG governance likewise leaves the number unspecified)
• One member will be FESCo liason (Workstation WG removed this)
• Expressly lists the name of current membership (no other governance does this; it's also peculiar in that governance modifications (strictly speaking) need FESCo approval which leads to the kinda ridiculous situation where every member change would require FESCo approval.
