As explained later in that github issue, Kiwi made it possible to specify a "bundle format" on the command line to let us solve this - https://github.com/OSInside/kiwi/pull/2510 . So now what we need to do on the Fedora side is implement producing an appropriate "bundle format" name template in Pungi, and passing it through to Koji to be specified on the Kiwi command line, I believe.
