P.S. I have enabled webhook-rebuild in COPR and fedmsg's are sent as you can see from datagrepper
The auto-rebuilding script is not running currently as there seems to be some problem with auto-recognition what subpackage to rebuild and it rebuilds always all. Will be fixed soon.
