Our copr-fe-dev currently forces HTTPS, so the communication be-dev --> fe-dev stopped working, because of HTTP url in the /etc/copr/copr-be.conf

frontend_base_url=http://copr-fe-dev.cloud.fedoraproject.org
There is also a
frontend_url=http://copr-fe-dev.cloud.fedoraproject.org/backend
which IMHO isn't used anymore and can be removed.
Similarly, the distgit's
should be also switched to HTTPS.
