User Story

As a developer, I want some tools (Flake8, Black) to run when a new PR is opened against this repository so that I know about any formatting/linting issues, errors or warnings.

Tasks

• Attach Pagure repository (https://pagure.io/cpe/communishift) on Zuul.
• Add zuul as ticket collaborator to the repository.
• Add config files.

Success Criteria

• Flake8 and Black check the code base once a new PR is opened against the repository.
