scribus source: color managed version of poster with 3 mm bleed

Okay, I exported this as a 300 dpi png, imported into Scribus, turned on color management, added a 3 mm bleed, and tested it out on the printers here and the colors come out great. So I think we should use this file for the vendors:

Mary, if you're curious about the workflow we can go over it Thurs so you can see it. (A PITA but good to know. I should probably writeup a little howto on it, maybe if they come out well :) )
