Currently, IPA test is being executed using the python tool available: ipa-docker-test-runner. This tool requires a custom built docker image (requires entrypoint of the image to be set to /usr/sbin/init). The tool has advanced features (like lint, building IPA, etc) which are unused and simple commands are used to skip the section: https://github.com/dogtagpki/pki/blob/master/travis/ipa-test.yaml#L60

Instead, use the full integration test-suite provided by FreeIPA: https://www.freeipa.org/page/Testing#Integration_tests
