#3137 pki pkcs12-cert-del need serial and cert-id options to delete the certificate.

Description of problem:

I have few certificates with same name in the same file. I want to delete one of them. If you use nickname to delete the cert it will delete all the certificates in the p12 file.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add multiple certificates with the same name in the p12 file.
2. Delete the certificate using nickname.
3. It will delete all the certs.

Actual results:
It will delete all the certs.

Expected results:
If you use certificate_id option then it should delete only that cert.
If you use serial option to delete cert it should delete only that cert.
