Description of problem: TPS doesn't have version number on the Admin's web portal only "Token Processing Service" is seen. It doesn't even generates RHCS and version.

How reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install the Subsystem i.e ca,kra,ocsp,tks & tps 2. Install redhat-pki theme package
Actual results: Its only showing the TPS login and "Token Processing Service" as title.
Expected results: It should show RHCS and its version number similar to other subsystems i.e 'Red Hat® Certificate System 9.5'
