Please note a trick: a single SRPM built on all Fedora versions. For that to be possible, the source archive (which contains prebuilt binaries) must be built on the oldest Fedora version (28 in this case). Otherwise the prebuilt binaries may use glibc symbols not available on newer Fedora versions.

Just wanted to call this out: this patch now puts all the managed symbols (.pdb files) next to the runtime. The files are included in the -runtime- package, no with the more appropriate -debuginfo package. These files take up a total of 1.4 MB when installed to disk.
