this is ok as we are now generating image names in the bodhi runs that conflict.. i'm trying to work out the details now.

Wild guess: the Fedora-AtomicHost images are build from two composes: Fedora-28-updates and Fedora-28-updates-testing. I don't see anything guaranteeing the NVRs won't clash.
