Things are mostly working, but there's still some things to deal with, like the email to meetingminutes mailing list...

There is no real rush for this, but people do want it.
We will wait until all the features people want are in Matrix before moving over.
Hopefully that will be soon.

In matrix @yselkowitz asked if we could discuss this one again today, so I re-added the meeting tag.

A new vote happened at todays meeting.
+4 to move to the Matrix room.
Nobody was against
2 had no preference.

Changes have been made in fedora-calendar and documentation. We've even had our first meeting on Matrix. There were a few hickups ... but it went fairly good.
