When you search for an event, e.g. https://apps.fedoraproject.org/calendar/search/?keyword=env-and-stack, Fedocal wrongly displays: "Time are expressed in the time zone."

In reality, it shows the dates as stored in the DB. In the previous example, they are stored as UTC.
