Hi,
I created a full-day event [1] with timezone used (Asia/HongKong UTC+8 in this example). I expect the start/end time is align with the start/end of the day in that timezone. But it is set up with UTC time if I check the details, e.g.:
Start: Wed, October 15, 2014 - 00:00 UTC End: Fri, October 17, 2014 - 00:00:00 UTC
Expected:
Start: Wed, October 14, 2014 - 16:00 UTC End: Fri, October 16, 2014 - 16:00:00 UTC
OR
Start: Wed, October 15, 2014 - 00:00 UTC+8 End: Fri, October 17, 2014 - 00:00:00 UTC+8

This is not a bug, full day meeting (marked as such) are UTC.
If you want to make a full day meeting for a specific timezone, then you should not checked the 'full day' checkbox.
The behavior is documented : http://fedocal.readthedocs.org/en/latest/usage.html#create-meeting
OK I see. But shouldn't the user interface give more hints on this? Like if I check the "full day" checkbox, timezone popdown menu will be deactivated.
