#147 RFE: click empty calendar grid slot to add meeting

I was thinking it might be neat if you could click on an empty calendar slot in the calendar grid to add a new meeting. You can click on the calendar slots to view the details for an existing appointment, so it seems kind of natural to click on a blank one to make a new meeting in the slot (ideally for the time slot clicked on!)
