Reopen Issue
  1. Open https://apps.fedoraproject.org/calendar/list/workstation/
  2. Select entry for 2017-03-13 (first instance following DST change in America/New_York)
  3. Observe the entry details display 1400-1500 UTC instead of 1300-1400 UTC as in listing
